The first goal came from Javier Hernandez who got scoring underway. Taking a 1-0 aggregate lead into the match, the Man United player netted in the 43rd minute
It was a beautiful goal.
Rooney clipped the ball out right to O'Shea, who flip-reverse-switched it to Giggs. Giggs seared towards goal from the right touchline, slid it across goal, and Hernandez blasted it in from about 18 inches.
